Hafiz is the CEO and founder of Axiom Healthcare Strategies, a think-tank style consulting firm with a core focus in Oncology & Rare Disease.

 

Working with top companies in the industry, Sikder found a need for teams to pressure-test and question an organization’s axioms and minimize strategic blind spots, leading to the ground-work for Axiom. In 2016, Axiom began as a 2-person group and has now grown to a strong team with a passion to help companies and support the community.

 

Axiom Healthcare Strategies is a boutique oncology think tank offering leading strategy and management consulting services for biotechnology and pharmaceutical organizations. Unparalleled oncology expertise qualifies Axiom to focus exclusively on high-value contributions to an organization’s most critical challenges.

 

In helping the community, Sikder also began a movement to help the underserved with Axiom REACH, a non-profit organization. Be it patients battling with cancer and rare diseases, education support for students in need, disease education in the middle of a pandemic, the goal is to REACH and help as many lives as possible.
